Today, February 9, 2005, we visited the Hofbräuhaus for an 11 AM meeting with their event planner.
We made it in good time considering we left at 6AM from Los Angeles and arrived about 10:30AM.
Restaurant:
4510 Paradise Rd.
Main Parking lot: (accommodates 200 cars and will be secure)
4813 Paradise Rd.
Rear Parking lot: (accommodates 50 cars and is Valet Only)
Overflow parking for late comers is available at CVS across the street. Note picture below.
This is where the dinner is going to be held. I'm standing in the back parking lot. Our entrance will be from
this back corner, NOT the main entrance in front. We will have signage indicating this. Parking in this lot
is Valet only and will accomodate 50 cars. This is for anyone that is not able to walk from our main parking
area about 1 block away from the restaurant.

Standing in the Hofbräuhaus parking lot, you can see CVS just across the street.
50 cars can fit in the rear parking lot, but it's Valet Only.
This is our reserved area with a fountain in the center, street lamps on the corners, and trees! But what if it rains?
No problem, as you can see, we have a roof that's painted like the sky!
Our Main Parking Lot has 2 parking areas--one along Paradise Rd, and one further inside. The Lot at the time of
our visit has this huge billboard in front of it. I don't know if it will be there during our event, but you can see
the lot is called The Front Door.

This is the additional parking on the other side.
The door below with the yellow Caution Tape is our main entrance--you can see it's on the back left hand side
of the Garden Room. Here you will check in, and receive your gift bags. This is why you need to Pre-Register!
If you decide to pay at the door, it will cost $5 more/per ticket and you won't be guaranteed a Gift Bag which
contains lots of goodies and more chances to win prizes!!!
The LAST DAY to pre-register is Sunday, Feb. 27.
There are two large flat screen TV's. We will be doing presentations with these, so keep an eye out for them!
You might need them to win some prizes!!
Each table seats four, but there is no reason they can't be moved for larger groups!
For ease of seating, please group yourselves when you come to check in so
we can seat you accordingly!
For anyone that prefers to keep their cars at the Palace Station, their is a free shuttle that carries
27 persons to the Hofbräuhaus!
Remember , the LAST DAY to pre-register is Sunday, Feb. 27.
